When analytics is enabled, CCASSO GuideHub uses a random first-party browser identifier that expires after 30 days. Reports use page paths, dates, view counts, and broad device types. Analytics honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. The visitor report does not store IP addresses, search terms, or full user-agent strings.

Your guide checklist is saved in this browser. If you send feedback, CCASSO staff can review the guide, your helpfulness rating, and any comment you enter. Keep student numbers, payment references, and other personal information out of comments.
Site security
The site uses a session cookie to protect submitted forms and authenticate staff. Temporary keyed network identifiers help limit abusive requests.
